Srinivas Reddy (Srini) is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Frazer Solutions. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with multinational IT companies. His expertise is Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure and Data center solutions and an expert in providing talent solutions & Executive coaching for corporate leaders (Learning & Development).
Prior to founding Frazer Solutions, Srini served as an IT Architect for DXC Technology, previously known as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Industries served include Technology, Government and Financial services. He brings strategic vision and extensive experience in both U.S. and offshore-markets.

Saurabh Chhatwal helps organizations in regulated industries — including financial services, healthcare, public sector, and defense — take AI from pilot to production, where most initiatives fail to move beyond experimentation. His work has delivered a GCP‑native multi‑tenant AI agent platform with HIPAA, SOC2, FedRAMP, and PCI‑DSS compliance, deployed across multiple industry verticals with significant cost savings and near‑zero idle infrastructure. He specializes in building AI gateways that route to thousands of models, ensuring per‑tenant data isolation, orchestration, and compliance while enabling production‑ready systems that pass audits and exceed regulatory standards.
Previously, he spent eight years at Google Cloud as a Forward Deployed Solutions Architect, working with over 50 Fortune 500 companies, top U.S. banks, telecom providers, the Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, and several state governments. He trained teams to adopt evaluation‑driven cultures, aligning engineering, compliance, and business units to ship AI confidently. Today, he is available for consulting, forward‑deployed engineering roles, advising CXO leaders, and partnering with federal contractors on Google Cloud AI modernization.
